Floral Frames monochrome thank you

A really quick and easy CAS card today

I die cut the largest Floral Frames Framelit and used the negative as a template.
Stamped over the template in Basic Gray using the En Francais stamp.
Inked the edges of the frame using a dauber and Basic Gray ink.
Overstamped the silhouette from Just Believe.
Then stamped the sentiment (from Itty Bitty Banners) and fussy cut it out.
Die cut the matching Itty Bitty Framelit in Black and stock the sentiment on top
and voila!!  Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

Thank you Liz

Yesterday I went out for lunch with our select little "Ladies Wot Lunch" group and afterwards one of the ladies, my fellow crafter and friend Liz, came back to our house to "help" me plant some seeds.
My help consisted of being the gopher and seed tray/plant pot filler and Liz did all the technical stuff
like putting the seeds in and gently watering them in.  She worked tirelessly, so I wanted
to make her a little thank you card for being so kind.  She is my gardening guru and has
already made a significant contribution to my garden already with her green fingers and
excellent knowledge of all things gardening!

Really CAS thank you card
The colours are actually Early Espresso and Crumb Cake on Very Vanilla
but on this picture look like Night of Navy, Sahara Sand and White!!
Stamp sets used, Just believe, En Francais and sentiment from Curly Cute.
Liz doesn't do blogging, so I shall email the link to her hubby
and get him to show her this post, and I will give her the card when I see her tomorrow!
Thanks again Liz - you are a star!

Just Believe again

Another of the many cards that I have to make this month.
Notice I haven't mentioned who these are for - just in case they pop in and take a look at what
I am doing at the moment - you can never be sure!

I have taken inspiration from a card that I saw on the internet, HERE
on the blog of France "Frenchie" Martin (we aren't related!)
So thanks France for showing me how beautiful these two stamps work so well together.
The colour combo I have used is Certainly Celery with Midnight Muse.
Stamp sets are Just Believe, Hello Doily and sentiment from petite Pairs.
Again quite a CAS card, but I think it's stunning (but I am biased!)

Elements of Style butterfly

Here's one of the cards  that I didn't finish yesterday.
A really CAS card.

Simply stamped the flowers and leaves from Elements of style,
coloured them in using a blender pen with Rose Red, Regal Rose and Lucky Limeade ink.
Used the Beautiful Butterflies Bigz Die to cut the butterfly which I raised on dimensionals.
Sentiment from Just Believe.
I love it!!

Easter card

I have done a remake of an Easter card that I made a couple of years ago.

I have used a colour combo of Lucky Limeade and Daffodil delight with White.
The foliage is from the Just Believe stamp set.
The flowers punched using the Itty Bitty Flower punch
and the chicks cut using the Owl Punch.
HERE is a link to Anna's blog
where I got the instructions from if you want to make these little chicks too!

Just Believe

Here is a different version of yesterday's card which proves how different a card can look
when you change the colour combination.
This is a straight copy of Chris's card - bless her!!

The colour combination this time is Basic Gray, Primrose Petals and White,
and the sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes.

Easter Card

I have had a few requests for Easter cards from my ladies,
Chris (sis-in-law) had a great design for a card using the Just Believe stamp set ,
so I adapted it to make this one.

I didn't have any Daffodil Delight ribbon to match the flowers, border and butterflies,
so I used So Saffron instead - I don't think it looks too noticeable.
The border is cut using the Finishing Touches Edgelit dies.
The butterflies cut using the Beautiful Wings Embosslits.
The sentiment is from a retired Stampin' Up! stamp set.
Basic Rhinestones for the butterflies bodies,
to add a little bit of bling - and I did add Dazzling Diamonds to the flowers -
but you can't see it at all in this photo!
Happy Easter!!

Just Believe - With deepest sympathy

One of my crafting ladies and fellow golfer, Kath, sadly lost her mother on Christmas day. I hate doing sympathy cards, but thought that the Just Believe flower, stamped in black fitted the bill.

Just Believe

Here is the Make and take that we made at Convention using the Just Believe stampset and Watercolour Paper, plus the Colour Spritzer tool. Amazing or what!
