More Rev Up the Fun!!

Chris and I got together on a different day last week.  I went over on Friday (instead of our usual Wednesday get-together) We made a card together, then met up with Janice for a spot of lunch, then back to Chris's for pudding - and made another card!!

Her's the second card we made - once again cased from the lovely Jenni Moors blog.

         I have really enjoyed making these cards, and I have resisted buying this stamp set until now!
Believe it or not, but it is now on the Retirement list and the price is reduced,
and I have succumbed and ordered it - a month before the new catalogue launches!  

The colour combo is Pacific Point/ Real Red. Black, Smoky Slate and White.

Stamp sets used - Banner Blast (SAB) cut with matching Banner punch.

and of course Rev up the fun!

Brother's Birthday.

Tomorrow is my brother Chris's birthday and here's the card I have made for him.

This is another card that I made at Chris's (sis-in-law) last week!

Another card using the Rev up the Fun stamp set - it's been really useful for men's cards.

Colour combo is Real Red, Pacific Point, Smoky Slate, Black and White.

Embossed the Smoky Slate card with the Chevron Textured Impressions Embossing folder.

Maggie and I are taking him out to lunch tomorrow, so it should be nice to have a little get together!

Ethan's birthday

I have made three birthday cards for people celebrating their birthday tomorrow.

I can't show two of the cards I have done as they are in the post and the recipients won't get them 

until the morning.  This one however I can show you, as it's for my Great Nephew, Ethan, who is in Lanzarote this week, so he won't get his card until he gets home next week.

Colour combo is Smoky Slate, Basic Grey, Pacific Point, Real Red.and White.

The stamp set is Rev Up the Fun- which I thing is a super set for boys and men.

The little pennant is stamped using Banner Blast and punched with the matching punch.

Think that he will like this (but will appreciate the money inside it even more!!)

Variation on a theme

Here's a card that Chris made when she came and crafted with me on Wednesday.

It's a variation of this version that I posted earlier.

The car and sentiment are from the Rev Up The Fun stampset

and the banners from the  Hearts a Flutter stamp set and matching  Framelits dies.

The colour combo is Silver, Pacific Point, Smoky Slate, White and Black.

The button and ribbon are both retired items, but we thought it matched well.

All products are Stampin' Up!.

We are making good use of this stamp set - it goes back to it's owner on Tuesday!!

Rev Up the Fun!!

At our Team Monthly Training, we made two cards,

 here's the first of them - I'll post the other one later.  

We used the Rev Up the Fun stamp set and the Positively Chevron stamp.

Card with slider tab closed

Card with slider tab pulled,

 Colour combo of Pumpkin Pie, Soft Suede, Pool Party and Island Indigo.

The pull tab was punched with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch, 

the Pumpkin Pie chevrons were cut out using the Chevron Border Punch.

Natural 5'8" Chevron Ribbon was added and hastened with Linen Thread.

Man's card

Chris (sis-in-law) has been over today for our weekly crafting get-together.

Tomorrow she is doing a class with a theme of Cards for men, so we made 3 cards,

and I started a fourth, which I have just finished.

Colour combo is Island Indigo, Smokey Slate and White.
