Owl Bag Charm

Here's another little Owl project - once again taken from Julie's Owl Class - what would I do without her!! I don't think it needs any explanation - its just the Owl Punch and the Fancy Flower extra large punch, layered up and after punching the hole, coated with a thick layer of Crystal Effects and left to dry overnight.
