Petite Petals

This stamp set is fast becoming a favourite of mine -
I saw  this design on my fellow Jem - Amanda's Blog
when we did our Team's Sale-a-bration Blog Hop,
and after asking permission to case, made this card in a different colourway.

Blushing Bride, Smokey Slate and White
I used some Blushing Bride DSP instead of a stamped image on this version.

And here's my CASEd card from Amanda's original one.
I have used the same colours and design, but changed the sentiment.

Coastal Cabana, Crumb Cake and White.

I used the Petite Petals stamp set and matching punch for the flowers,
and the free SAB Banner Punch for the little banner.
Sentiment from Blooming with Kindness.
Thank you Amanda for your inspiration!

Jems January Training

On the 8th, Chris (sis-in-law), Anita and myself headed off to Pudsey
for our monthly training session with Julie (my upline and Team leader of Julie's Jems)
We usually make 3 projects and this time we made 3 cards using the
Sale-a-bration range of free products that you will be able to get from the 28th of this month.
You don't have much longer to wait!!
Watch this space for details.

The stamp set used on here is Zoo Babies, each little animal is stamped,
then punched with the Banner Punch.
The embossing folder used is Alphabet Press.

Tony's Birthday

Today is my niece Emma's  husbands birthday.
You may recall that I posted a scrapbook page of their wedding day
Don't they make a lovely couple!
Anyway - I digress - here's the card I made for him

I just love the Glimmer paper - I think it really makes this card zing!
(and for once you can see it in the photo!)
Used some more of the fabulous Sale-a-bration DSP - Sweet Sorbet,
I am making good use of this.
I cut the little banners with the punch from the Sale-a-bration catalogue too.
You will be able to get these goodies free from the 28th of this month.
The wording on the card is my favourite computer generated.
For the name I used some retired SU peel offs.
Ta da!!
Happy Birthday Tony!
