Couldn't miss showing you this beautiful Christmas card that Chris (sis-in-law) made for Barry and me - especially made to match the colours of our lounge!

Sponged Emboss Resist Snowflake

Here is a technique that I was reminded of when I received my monthly SU Impressions magazine, which explains how to do it.
Here I have simply stamped the snowflake (from Serene Snowflakes) embossed with clear embossing powder and then sponged with Night of Navy. The sentiment is from Curly Cute.

And still on the Christmas theme here is my latest offering, using Serene Snowflakes with Night of Navy CS and Inkpad,Frost White shimmer paint, the Polka Dot embossing folder, and highlighted with Diamond Glitter.

Rooftop Santa Owl

And yet ANOTHER Santa Owl - this time cased from my SU mummy Julie.
I am really in the Christmas mood this weekend aren't I - might even go out Christmas shopping!!

Christmas Penguin

On Wednesday, when Chris (sis-in-law) and I got together, we didn't have a lot of time to craft as we were busy preparing for Chris's first workshop. However, Chris showed me a little penguin she had made and I just had to case it! If you hadn't guessed, it uses the Owl Punch - what would we do without it?
For the sky, Serene Snowflakes are stamped in Versamark and then embossed with clear
E. P.and ink dusted with Night of Navy. The sentiment is from Contempo Christmas.

Three Serene Snowflakes cards

Do you remember the Serene Snowflakes box that I made - well here are three cards that fit wonderfully inside it. Again these are done using the instructions that are available from Jenny Moors
(Thank you Jenny these are really lovely). Don't know whether you can see it but the trio of snowflakes are stamped in Champagne Shimmer mist and it really finishes off these classy cards.
