Sneak Peek - Fantasy Flowers

Hello everyone - today I have some fantasy flowers to show you -
punched (mainly) using the new In Colours card stock,
most of the parts are simply punched -
parts of these are made with the triangle punch - can you spot which bits?

The new colours are:
Lost Lagoon, Mossy Meadow, Blackberry Bliss, Hello Honey and Tangelo Twist.
I am quite pleased with how these have turned out.
What do you reckon?

Congratulations

Here is a card that I have made for my down-line Trisha, who promoted to Bronze 2
and achieved Stampin Start part 1 last month.
Didn't she do well - she only joined as a demonstrator at the end of February!
I have used my new toy - the Triangle punch to create this card,
but also have used 3 of the new In Colours that you will be able to have for yourselves
when the new catalogue launches next month, on 1st July.

The colour combo is -
Blackberry Bliss, Mossy Meadow and Lost Lagoon
(the new colours_ along with Perfect Plum and Wisteria Wonder.
Punches used are Triangle, Bird Builder and Itty Bitty Flower.
Sentiments from Happy Watercolour and Sweet Essentials.
Congratulations and Well Done Trisha - way to go!!

Love and Sympathy

Needed a sympathy card to send to a friend whose uncle died this week, and due to pressures of time
(and golf) it had to be a quick card. At last nights craft class, I showed the ladies how to make the diamond stencil using the Triangle Punch and then how to arrange the diamonds in a pleasing order.
The card that I produced was ideal to make a sympathy card with.
Here it is.

Colour combo is Elegant Eggplant, Perfect Plum, Wisteria Wonder.
The stamp set for the sentiments is Love and Sympathy.
I am really pleased with this - hope that she takes comfort from it.

Telford Event

Well I am getting rather excited now.
On Saturday it is our Stampin' Up! Regional Event at The International Centre, Telford.
A few hundred Stampin' Up! Demonstrators will be there to have a fabulous day together.
We will be shown some sneak peeks of the upcoming catalogue which launches 1st July!
We will be doing make and takes, updated on what's happening - and of course we will be  swapping!!
We all have to make a name badge - as well as making swaps.
My swaps are almost complete, but I won't show you them until Saturday,
meantime- here's my name badge

Colour combo is Baked Brown Sugar, Coastal Cabana, Pistachio pudding
on White card using Black Ink.
The diamonds are sponged through my home-made diamond stencil,
which, you may recall, was cut using the triangle punch.
The stamp set used was Summer Silhouettes,
Basic Rhinestones form the flower centres and I have put a dusting of
Dazzling diamond glitter on the other flowers,
but I am not sure that it shows up on this picture.
and my name was computer generated.
Carol, Amanda and I will be travelling down to Telford together, (Carol has volunteered to drive
so it will be nice and relaxing for me), setting off in the afternoon,
so that we are all refreshed and raring to go Saturday morning bright and early!
Can't wait - Yippeee!!

WWWU#16

It's that time of week again - Wade's weekly Warm Up
and this week the colour combo is
Raspberry Ripple, Pool Party and Strawberry Slush.
Here's my card.

I punched one triangle with Raspberry Ripple, two triangles with Pool Party,
the three triangles with Strawberry Slush card stock (using the Triangle punch - if you didn't guess!)
and glued them onto a 10 cm square base card in a pyramid shape.
I then stamped the Petite Petals flowers in Strawberry Slush and Pool Party ,
and cut with the matching punch, then glued them in the white triangular spaces.
A 1/4" punched white circle was then shaped and glued in the flower centres.
Leaves were added, cut with the Bird Builder punch.
I've used the (retired) Just Because sentiment as I am trying to do cards
that will suit many occasions and I think this one fits the bill perfectly.
Mmmm - I like this one - thanks for the colour combo Julie!!
